My husband works with the Muskegon Area Arts & Humanities Festival (or ahFest) and their theme for 2019 is “hope” so they came up with the concept of “hope growers”. They wanted some logo and banner ideas so Joel asked me to draw some stuff up. They also wanted to possibly do buttons so that’s why I did the round versions. I’m pretty happy with how both of these turned out. Once I made the lettering it was just playing around with some color options and details to bring everything together. The group also wanted to have their logo incorporated so I tried to make sure I used their colors and also repeated them in the image.
