So, I really ended up liking this random prompt piece but it looked incomplete to me. (See the first iteration here) Decided to brainstorm a little more and see what I could do to make the moon shape look a little more inclusive in the piece as a whole. Really liked when I started breaking up the shape with other shapes and then thought that eyes would be cool. Found it interesting that the werewolf in the piece doesn’t really appear to have eyes and that it is holding up a lantern, something that helps you see better. The piece had a vision motif and eyes as a symbol made a lot of sense. I really love how this looks now and it definitely looks more cohesive.
