Been seeing a bunch of Pride designs and thought I’d try to come up with something clever. I’m a bit more minimalist with what I like to wear usually so I was hoping to design something simple but effective. This design came about after I started just playing with geometry and shapes. The rainbow flag was in its normal, rectangular configuration but I had the trans pride section as concentric circles and the black and brown portion as concentric triangles. As I’m sitting here staring and wondering what to do, I giggle to myself and say “hehe…kinda looks like a pencil…wait a minute…!” Then just a little finessing and here we are! Decided to do a version with some lettering to make it look like the pencil was writing and I also like that.
