This week’s Monster is the manticore. I just love the sound of it. Sounds dangerous and a little like a death metal band. Most descriptions of the manticore maintain that it is red in color, has a body and mane very much like a lion, and the face of a man. Some variation occurs in regards to its tail. In most cases, it is either ends in a pincer or like a scorpion’s tail. Some versions even have wings! I decided to go a little more simple with my design. I mean, c’mon, he’s badass already with a name like manticore, right?
