“Zombie Girl”

I will admit that I don’t really get the zombie craze. It just never clicked with me I guess. This piece came about as a result of living in an apartment building and having a gaggle of intoxicated females stumbling around the hallways as well as the apartment directly above mine. I imagined these clumsy, loud, oblivious creatures who, despite being dead (or undead I suppose), still talked like “valley girls” and shuffled along in broken heels. Their usual drone of “BRAAAIIINNNNS!!!” turned into “JAAAAGGGGER!!!!” But seriously…it was 4am…I was tired.
